And the winner is...

Congratulations to Paul S. in Bay St. Louis for being the first responder to identify the location of Dr. Moreau's continuing education meeting for CEREC.

The sculpture, located in San Diego, near the U.S.S. Midway, is a tribute to the famous Life magazine photo in Times Square, New York City, marking the end of World War II. Ironically, our photo of this San Diego sculpture coincides with the 62nd anniversary of the end of WWII and a current-day Times Square celebration in which dozens of couples re-enacted the famous pose. The photo at right will give you a perspective on the size of the San Diego statue.

Also naming the location correctly, but several hours later, were Will S. of Covington and Dave T. of Mandeville. Thanks to all who participated for sharing a light-hearted moment with us!

MoreSmiles Team Completes Advanced CEREC Training

In support of our commitment to excellence, Melissa, (l. to r.) Corey, and Dr. Moreau have completed advanced training for our CEREC, computer assisted design/manufacture program for all-porcelain crowns. The advanced training enables our team to create more natural-looking CEREC restorations consistent with the aesthetic focus of our practice. (also pictured is Julie at far right.)

CEREC allows us to provide beautiful porcelain restorations in a single visit. The restorations start with a digital impression of the prepared tooth, the restoration is then designed on-screen and then very precisely milled in-house from a solid block of porcelain.
